在目前路徑開啟CMD的設定方式
設定 shift + 右鍵，顯示「在此處開啟命視窗」。
第一步：WIN + R，顯示執行。
第二步：輸入 regedit，開啟登陸編輯程式。
第三步：搜尋「電腦\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Directory\background\shell\cmd」。
第四步：把 HideBasedOnVelocityId 重新命名成 ShowBasedOnVelocityId。
或是自行加入 DWORD值，名稱為 ShowBasedOnVelocityId ，數值資料為 639bc8。
沒有權限的處理流程
在 第四步 出現沒有權限的話，依照下方操作來設定：
進入「使用權限」 > 進階 > 擁有者 變更 > 輸入 user > 權限項目選擇 user > 完全控制 > 回到第四步設定。
沒有權限的詳細操作
在左邊選單 cmd 點右鍵，按下「使用權限」。
在下方按下「進階」。
變更「擁有者」。
輸入使用者名稱，或是輸入 user。
設定使用者的「完全控制」。

其實這是我每次拿到新電腦或是重灌電腦必做的事，只是每次都要上網搜尋，都會忘記要查什麼關鍵字，或是別人貼的方式我會失敗，明明是大同小異阿！所以乾脆自己寫一篇來紀錄下自己的過程，下次如果又要重新設定就直接看自己的文章了。
